| While our metal furniture is beautiful, durable, and sturdy, there is no such thing as truly "care free" outdoor furniture. Therefore, it is important that you protect your investment once your new furniture is delivered and installed. Please be sure to follow our product care and maintenance instructions to ensure warranty coverage and maximum product life. | |
| A word about workmanship. All of our products are carefully handcrafted by master artisans who specialize in metal crafting and finishing. In addition, rigorous Quality Assurance measures are taken at each stage of our production process to ensure product quality. However, as our products are not mass produced using automated equipment, but individually handcrafted and assembled, you may find slight variations from product to product. This is normal and inherent in the handcrafting process. If you have any questions or concerns about this, please call us and we'd be happy to discuss this with you in more detail. | |
| A word about rust. We offer three standard material options: iron, galvanized iron, and aluminum. We recommend iron for indoor installations and covered areas that will not be exposed to moisture. We recommend galvanized iron or aluminum for outdoor installations. We also offer stainless steel on a special order basis. While we carefully pre-treat and finish all iron products, they will rust eventually when exposed to moisture, as this is inherent in the nature of the material. Therefore, for all outdoor installations, we recommend the use of galvanized iron, aluminum, or stainless steel material. | |
| Please note that product failure or damaged caused by unreasonable or abusive use, freight damage, fire, adverse environmental conditions, (including, but not limited to: freezing, high winds, extreme climate conditions), normal fading, scratching, or chipping of the finish, fading, weathering or staining or discoloration of furniture, accidental damage, repair or modifications by consumer, glass breakage, commercial use, and normal wear and tear is excluded from our warranty. | |
